THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE YOU APPLY:
Interns are responsible for covering the cost of air and ground transportation to the Tampa Convention Center. STN will provide meals and hotel accommodations for you. A travel agent can be recommended if you’d like assistance booking.
You must be available February 26-March 3, 2026 for the convention, and also for setup and load-out before and after the event.
At convention, you represent STN. Remember that this is a professional experience, and your actions reflect on the organization. Inappropriate actions will be met with consequences.
You will be placed on a team that fits your skill set and STN’s needs. You are expected to carry out your assigned responsibilities to the best of your ability.
While your preferences are taken into consideration, assignments may not exactly match your choices. They are used as a guide to help us place you where you are most needed.
You will be required to attend virtual planning meetings and stay in consistent communication with STN staff and team leads. Failure to do so may lead to dismissal.
If you do not meet these guidelines, you may be asked not to attend the convention, and STN will not reimburse travel costs.
