STN CONVENTION REGISTRATION
We highly recommend you register early to lock in the contests you wish to enter.  Please note, your registration selections are not locked in until you complete your registration.  Each contest has a maximum number of entries and once that maximum is reached, the contest is closed.  Complete your registration early to lock in the contests you want. Changes to your registration are charged at $5.00 each time you pull up your invoice to make changes regardless of the number of changes made. All changes onsite at convention are $10. for each individual change.

You may pay instantly with a credit card.  You may also print a copy of your invoice to present for payment.  STN will process Purchase Orders but full payment must be made by the time you pick up registration materials onsite.  We are not able to extend credit past the onsite registration.  All payments must be made for students to enter contests onsite.

Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with the hotel registration form.  Forms will be sent during regular business hours.  Reservations made outside our room block do not contribute to our convention, will not be within the STN Room Rate and will not have the protection of no cancellation.  Please follow our easy rules to reserving your rooms.

THE ONLINE REGISTRATION SYSTEM WILL CLOSE ON FEBRUARY 18 AND REOPEN ONSITE AT CONVENTION.
